Add it according to your taste.

  • Then add some water to it and make it a good blender. Now your delicious cooking melon drink is ready.

HEALTH BENEFIT

1. Antioxidant.

Cooking Watermelon is an excellent source of antioxidants that help eliminate harmful compounds known as free radicals from the body.
These free radicals increase oxidative stress and damage tissues over time, and high consumption of cooking melon has been linked to a lower risk of developing chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease and cancer.

2. To promote hydration

About 20% of our daily hydration needs are met by the food we eat. Among them, cooking watermelons are among the most hydrating foods. Their high water content makes them perfect drinks for hot summer days.

3. For immunization

Cooking melons are good sources of the antioxidant vitamin C, which in particular stimulates the production of white blood cells. Also, they support the immune system because they are more active against germs.

4. For skin health

The high vitamin C and water content in cooking melons help in healthy, glowing skin.
Also, vitamin C supports the production of collagen, the body's most abundant protein, thus supporting elasticity and helping to heal wounds.
