"Wk 32: The Diary Game and Your Health | A perfect healthy day...

Hello steemians..


I am going to share with you today how my healthy day was spent. I am also thankful to the @healthysteem community for organizing this dairy contest.

I woke up at 4.30 am today too and I am making it a habit to wake up now. It really gives a fresh start to another new day in my life.
I think everyone is good at waking up early and living a healthy lifestyle.

After that he drank a glass of water and meditated for about 20 minutes. This is a habit I picked up recently and daily meditation has really helped reduce stress in my life.
When I'm busy with children's work and other household chores, I get really stressed out and the mental fatigue I feel goes away.

So, this daily meditation helped improve my focus and promote emotional well-being.
After that I started my usual household chores and today I prepared a fried rice for breakfast. As it is made by mixing vegetables and eggs, it is a nutritious food suitable for breakfast.

After that I woke up my daughter and helped her get ready and sent her to school. I did not forget to add some pieces of pineapple to her lunch box.
Then I quickly did other work before my son woke up.
Then I started doing my daily exercises.

Actually since my son is still 2 years old, for him I try to do some simple exercises which can be done at home without going out for exercise. The video series on YouTube helps me the most.

Among them, I like Zumba exercises the most.
After that I prepared lunch. Usually I am concerned about balanced nutrition in food so I prepared dhal curry using coconut milk for lunch. I often try to add green leafy vegetables to my diet.

Eggs were fried for the need of protein. Mango was used as fruit.
During all these activities I do not forget to drink water during the day. I actually use a water tracker to monitor this. Otherwise, there is a chance that some days will be missed with work.

After lunch I felt sleepy but it was not good for body health so I gave it up. After that I spent the afternoon helping the children with their education.
In the evening, the house was cleaned, the children were refreshed and religious rituals were performed.
Then they prepared a vegetable salad for me and bread and boiled vegetables for the children.

It is not healthy to go to bed after having dinner, so I spent some time preparing some things for tomorrow.
So I finished my work and went to sleep thanking the universe for what it has given me today.
