Hello Dear Friends 👋

I begin with the name of Allah,the Most Merciful, the Most Merciful.Assalam u Alaikum friends, I hope you are all well and happy in your life. I wish you a very happy 2025. Last year we could not fulfill our target, Allah Ta'ala has given us another opportunity to fulfill our target. This year I will increase my steam power.

I have many other goals that I will achieve this year, God willing.With a new day and a new post, I have come to your service. Today I am going to participate in a very beautiful contest organized by @khursheedanwar at Healthy Steam which is about Dementia.

What is Dementia?

Dementia is a brain condition in which the brain shrinks completely.There is a kind of disease in which the person does not remember what he says and he speaks and it usually happens to those people who are 80 years old or more and the rate of this disease is 20%. Those people suffer from this disease.Sometimes we forget something and with age this process also accelerates.

A person does not remember anything like where he kept that thing, what is its name or where is his house, he forgets where my house is. Sometimes he doesn't even know what he had food for dinner some time ago or what he had to do now.Normally, the onset of dementia is very gradual.If it starts after a stroke, it starts very suddenly.

A patient suffering from this disease often forgets his wife and children.He also forgets his way home.A common issue with dementia is Alzheimer's disease.If a person has suffered a head injury, they may also develop dementia.It is accompanied by certain diseases such as obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, and smoking, which increase it and lead to this disease.If it is discussed in young people, it can be due to hypertension.

If discussed, its symptoms include memory impairment, difficulty in choosing the right words, and a person's ability to make decisions.Man's ability to decide ends.Difficulty in daily activities, unable to change clothes by themselves.There is anger or irritation in the nature.Doubt arises when the heart does not feel in any work.These individuals do not feel that there is a change in their personality or feelings.

One of the biggest signs of this is that old things are remembered and new things are forgotten.Dementia can also be caused when brain cells stop working or die.Frontotemporal dementia,Alzheimer's disease,Lewy body
dementia,Vascular dementia.

Although there is no exact cure for it, it can be reduced by taking timely medicine and following the advice of a good doctor or psychiatrist and following his instructions.But drugs can improve memory.
