Hes skin and eyes turned yellow and that is when he went to the doctor. The doctor did some tests and to found out he had hepatitis B. He had to take medicine and rest a lot. The good news was that he got better with a proper treatment. This experience taught to everyone in the neighborhood about the importance of a getting vaccinated and being careful about the health and hygiene.

Is hepatitis curable?

Whether hepatitis is curable depends on the type. Hepatitis A is usually gets better on its own with rest and proper care. The body fights it off and the most people recover fully. Hepatitis B and C are different. Hepatitis B is no t always curable but medicine can control it and they help to prevent liver damage. Some people recover while others may need lifelong treatment.
