☀️ Are you one of those people who likes to exercise daily or how many times a week do you do it and if not, tell us why?
I aim to exercise daily but realistically I manage about the three to four times a week. I enjoy staying active because it helps me to feel energized and focused.

My routine usually includes a mix of the cardio strength training and stretching. On days when I can not fit in a workout I try to stay active by a walking or doing light exercises at home. While I do not always hit my daily goal I find that even a little exercise it goes a long way in boosting my mood and keeping me healthy. It is an essential part of my routine but I is stay flexible with it.
☀️ - How much time of the day do you take to do a breathing or relaxation exercise and if you don't, tell us why?
I try to set aside about the 10 to 15 minutes each day for breathing or a relaxation exercises. I find that this small amount of the time makes a big difference in how I feel. Whether it is deep breathing or meditation and just sitting quietly these moments help me clear my mind and to reduce stress. On busy days I might skip it but I notice that I feel more tense and also less focused when I do. So I make an effort to include these exercises in my daily routine because they help me to stay balanced and calm even during the hectic times.
☀️ - How important is mental health to you? Have you had any problems with stress, anxiety, or depression?
Mental health is an extremely important to me because it is an affects every aspect of the life from how I it handle the stress to how I interact with the others. I had share of struggles with stress and the anxiety especially during challenging times. There have been moments when I felt to overwhelmed and it was tough to manage everything. These experiences made me to realize how crucial it is to take care of my mental well being. I have learned to prioritize self care or practice mindfulness and seek support when needed. Maintaining good mental health helps me to stay grounded and it make better decisions and lead to a more fulfilling life.
☀️ - How much time do you give yourself to be able to harmonize yourself?
I try to give myself at least 20 to 30 minutes each day to harmonize and to find balance. This time is dedicated to activities that help me to relax and center myself like meditation or deep breathing and simply spending time in nature. I find that these moments of quiet reflection help me to reset and maintain inner peace especially when life gets busy or stressful. Sometimes I might take longer if I feel the need or to shorter if time is tight but I always make sure to carve out from some space each day to reconnect with myself and restore my sense of harmony.
