In your own words tell me what you understand by stress

Stress is a kind of disease that descends on us when we suffer from mental illness due to stress when we are facing many problems and have many challenges in front of us that we have to deal with. Stress is a It is a natural process that allows us to deal with various challenges and difficulties. Stress is the process by which a person reacts to changes and situations in his life, both mentally and physically.

Stress arises within you when you perceive a threat or anxiety, whether that threat or anxiety is imagined or real. And oftentimes, when we are under a lot of stress, it turns out to be beneficial for us because that stress makes us overthink things. Stress can come from any event or thought that makes us feel down, and we get very angry and can't control our mental balance. If we see that stress is very harmful to health, we sometimes fall victim to many diseases because most of the effect of stress is on the brain, and we have to face mental weakness.


How often do you get stress and what are the ways you deal with stress?

Stress does not have a fixed time; it can come at any time because whenever the situation is difficult, we automatically get stressed, and then we cannot control ourselves, but we do different things to get rid of the stress. With the help of which, our anger can be reduced and we can work calmly. Similarly, if we want to reduce our stress, we should take care of ourselves and our bodies. Also, talk to other people, keep in touch with your community, try to take long breaths, sit in the open air, and if it's too stressful, indulge yourself in a game, etc. Also, manage your schedule on social media because many times we get stressed by using it too much.

Here on steemit, is blogging stressful for you, How do you handle steemit and other activities?

Working on Steemit is not at all stressful for me because I work on it with great passion and dedication, and for me, it is a very good activity. I also have a lot of interest in this activity Because when I work on it, I see other people's blogs and share my blogs with others, which increases my knowledge and makes me feel relaxed because I get to see new things every day. Apart from this, I do many other activities, so for all these things, I have made a proper timetable by which I do all these activities. Everything we do with passion in which our interest is high, so I have a lot of interest on Steemit, due to which I write blogs with great passion and also read other people's blogs.
