Obesity is also a kind of disease. This disease occurs when a normal person's health starts to change and his weight increases, and then the complications of obesity begin. Obesity has negative effects not only on adults but also on children. There can be many reasons for obesity, including eating too much, sleeping too much, and some physical activities that also affect it. If the human body becomes obese or the weight increases beyond a limit, it causes many diseases, including high blood pressure, diabetes, and especially heart disease become very common.
A recent estimate says that 2.3 billion people and children are obese or overweight. When the amount of fat inside the body increases, it also causes obesity. Most obesity occurs in people who eat a large amount of food but do very little work and go to sleep after eating. Their body fat increases, and that causes obesity. Some people think that obesity is caused by our appearance; in fact, obesity is also caused by physical diseases.

- The main cause of obesity is overconsumption of calories because when we eat food or something else, we do not burn calories and consume more calories, which increases the fat inside our body and causes obesity.
- Another major cause of obesity is that when we eat, we either lie down or sit immediately after eating, due to which we gain weight. Because after eating food, we neither do any work nor walk, due to which we get fat.
- Some people are obese because they have a genetic problem because what is inherited is passed on to every future child or adult. If obesity is a disease in our generation, it must be present in us and in our future generations.
What are the best ways to prevent obesity? |

The main reason to avoid obesity is that we should consume healthy food that is low in calories and also good for our health because we must take care of the majority of calories every time we eat.
We should take care of our walk whenever we eat or after breakfast in the morning. We should make sure to walk and eliminate sitting time after eating.
Take care of physical activities such as joining a gym, etc., or doing push-ups. In addition, exercise in the morning is very important, so take special care of exercise. Whenever we exercise, our body fat will be reduced after sweating. And obesity will also decrease.
