After doing hard work, it has now reached its peak, now the disease that has been waiting for me has arrived. There was some work I did yesterday that grew unable to hold the weight of it all.
The beginning of my work yesterday was hoeing my uncle's rice fields and I agreed to everything before the two jobs were hoeing and spraying. When I first got there, everything was fine and I also managed to do the hoeing of the rice fields that I had been told to do. So, when I was doing this second job, I felt hot and cold which always enveloped me from feet to head.
I didn't think further at that time, all I thought about was the work that I had agreed to do beforehand and that I had to complete it. My whole body started to get cold and I felt like I couldn't do this spraying anymore. I got up with the promise that had been given deciding to do it with a very weak body.
After doing this I rushed home and immediately bought medicine. Go home and take a shower even though I can no longer touch the water, my whole body is cold. Told his wife to buy medicine at the nearest pharmacy. Medication that must be given for chills throughout the body, as well as very severe dizziness and coughing.
Health really needs to be paid attention to because some work and safety will leave us, even if an illness comes suddenly, we must immediately do what is our duty to seek treatment.
Maybe this is the only thing I can write about the illness I experienced and immediately seek treatment so that it doesn't end tragically, it really disrupts the work we do in situations like this. This is the only thing I can give, because I am still experiencing pain, such as a sudden cold and also for those who are still very dizzy.
