POOR BORED-HOLE LATRINE IN AN AFRICAN NEIGHBORHOOD

It's your sunshine @janeposh and this is me writing on creativity on the new development I've seen in my visility, somewhere in aba south,Abia state Nigeria and a general diseaster Africa as a whole is fighting till date.

POOR-BORED-HOLE LATERINE IN AFRICA NEIGHBORHOOD

I've lived here for years and truly there's a lot to write about but I'm going to be specific on this one thing that recently drew my attention and vividly I can't resist the urge to write about it.

Not quite long ago I woke up one morning to see this recent disheartening incident of an old and weak building that has literally collapsed with it's BORED-HOLE LATRINE fallen.

Intentionally my eyes was drawn to this demolished pit and the discomfort it has caused to everyone living around here.

My annoyance isn't just with it's collapse but with the fact that most houses face this kind of adversity numerously in their respective homes.

bad enough, there are series of dangers this has and can cause to the environment such as “Air pollution" .

Tragic enough, People living in this side of my world can understand clearer and even better, we are left with this burden and ordeal of dirty environment and polluted atmosphere.

Still in wonder I don't know how the people living in this building are surviving this unforseen misfortune, outside the air pollution these people finds it difficult to properly dispose their excretes.

Today I visited a neighbours son in hospital today.
Due to polluted environment children are at higher risk of contacting diseases .

One of the way we can support our health is by trying as much as we can to keep our environment clean because a healthy man is a wealthy man, we need a healthy body, a sound mind and a fervent spirit to actualise Destiny.

despicably, our own building is currently going through this damage and we definitely have started work on that.

Luckily for us even with all this mishap we manage to strive through this constant catastrophes and God's grace has been sustaining us.

Honestly, I'm not pleased with this new development and I hope that something can be done to not just sustain the situation but to equally put an end to this repeated misery.

All we pray is for a healthier environment we can be happy in and I know this is a collective responsibility that none is exempted from both government and citizens.

my sole aim is that my people live happy and comfortable in their respective homes.
