This tea is full of antioxidants and it's also comprises L-theanine , which has such properties which gives relaxation to brain and can improve the ability of focus and attention. It has positive effects on brain health. The antioxidants in it can help the brain to get rid of stress and reduces the risk of neurodegenerative diseases. According to some studies it is said that green tea can enhances your memory functions.

The ingredients use in this brain boosting drink are as followed
•Boiled water one glass or half
•green tea leaves one bag or a fist of green tea leaves.
How to make
Boil water in a pot. When the water boiled, cool the water for some minutes. Take green tea bags or green tea leaves. Let the tea steep for some minutes. After that remove the tea bag it strain the green tea leaves. Enjoy your brain boosting drink.

No, there is no specific time to drink which considered the best drink to boost brain. But some people enjoy this drink in the morning as they start their day with something healthy. Some people take this drink in the evening or afternoon. It's up to you that which time you select to drink This is very effective drink for brain boosting.
