How do socioeconomic factors influence the prevalence and impact of infectious diseases in different communities?

Lower economic status in the communities, the communities face hurdles while approaching health care facilities, treatment measures and timely cure to diagnose. This can result in spreading of infectious agents and can be worsen. Poor conditions of the houses can cause environment to spread the infection. Inadequate nutrition can also cause weakness of the immune system and make the individuals to susceptible to such diseases.
