The Herb is plant or also we can say that it s part of a plant that can be used for medicinal properties. They provide us health benefits so called as healthy Herbs. We can use them fresh, in dried form, and cam be available in the form of oil. The healthy herbs, many options which can be selected. The most common herb which is be used for health benefits is turmeric. It contains a compound curcumin, has anti-inflammatory properties . These properties are useful to decrease inflammation and protect our body from chronic diseases.
Another Herb is ginger . It has wide health promoting qualities. The compound it contains is allicin, which has antimicrobial properties and also helpful to boosting immune system. When someone has raised blood pressure and high cholesterol level, the ginger is effective to control them.

Now let's talk about the benefits of herbs. The benefits of mint Herb are amazing, improve digestive system and can be soothe headache. The mint has a ability to promote relaxation and it can be taken in the form of tea. The Herb thyme is not only useful to add a taste in your meal but also has health benefits. It has antimicrobial properties and help to regulate immune system. The treatment of cough can be done by thyme. The garlic is used in daily routine meals and it is also health beneficial like to reduce hypertension and elevated cholesterol.

The best herb used in daily routine is the basil . It contains properties like vitamins like A and K, to add vitamins in your daily routine is very beneficial. It's anti-inflammatory properties can be helpful to reduce inflammation in the body and can support the health of heart.

Positive effects:

Many Herbs provide essential vitamins and contain antioxidant properties. Some are useful to regulate digestive system. Some herbs have anti-inflammatory properties decrease inflammation in the body.Some herbs have such properties to boost immune system and support it. lemon balm herb is best to calm. It is beneficial to decrease stress, anxiety, depression and provide relaxation.

Negative effects:

Some herbs can cause allergic reactions. Others herbs are not safe in pregnancy and breast feeding. If some herbs are not stored and carefully protected, the risk of contamination with microorganisms can be increased. Herbs in excess can be harmful, taking licorice in excess can cause high blood pressure.
