What do you understand by healthy liver?

The good health of the human liver is very significant for our overall health of the human beings and it is also very important for other normal functioning of the human body as it involves in other functions too. It is considered as the largest internal organ in the human body and it processes the
nutrients
detoxify the harmful nutrients
and remove the wastes.
The metabolic function of the liver is very significant The nutrients are absorbed from the GIT and after consuming the food from the food the liver starts its work of converting the carbohydrates present in the food into glucose which is later used for energy in the simple forms.. It also has a function of conversion of the fats and proteins into those forms of energy which are usable.

The another important function of the liver is the detoxification of the wastes and toxins.Its function is to filter the blood coming from the GIT, then removal of toxins occur.

These wastes and toxin then removed via urine. The process of detoxification is important to maintain the overall functions of the human body.

Balanced diet
Stay hydrated
Regular exercise
Imit alcohol intake
Avoid toxins
Get regular check ups

The balance in the diet is significant for a health of a liver. The fruits and vegetables like barries. The presence of the vitamins and antioxidants in the vegetables and fruits are essential for a health of the liver. The whole grains such as oats they have fibrous materials which are helpful to improve digestion.

Hydration is very important for the normal liver functioning. It is helpful for the liver to flush out the waste products and one person should have eight glasses of water daily and it should be increased while having physical activities or in the hot climate.

It is also benifits to engage in the physical activities to maintain healthy body weight and it will be helpful to reduce the risks of the liver disorders. Swimming or cycling can be helpful to maintain healthy liver.

Give any example of health problem due to liver dysfunction?

There are various health problems due to liver dysfunctions such as cirrhosis is a serious condition in which the tissues of the liver damaged and the healthy tissues replaced by the scar tissues.There are various causes of cirrhosis but the most common are chronic alcohol abuse, hepatitis including B and C. These conditions damaged the liver gradually which results in inflammation and scarring occur.
Its symptoms are mild in the beginning but with the passage of time it progress.
