A morning walk is an important and powerful habit that can crucially improve our overall health either it may be physical health and mental health. It is a simple kind of a exercise that gives us a lot of benifits it can be mental and physical. Morning walk is an outstanding exercise which can make healthy our heart and can improve circulation of blood. It is benifical to reduce blood pressure, decrease the possibility of heart diseases as it improves cardiovascular system. A quick walk of 20 to 30 minutes once a day notably reduce the chances of heart diseases.It can burns the calories and can keep weight healthy. It can improve metabolism .The morning walk can improve the range of motion and flexibility. It improves our balance and decrease the chances of injuries.

Regulatory in walking can decrease the chances of chronic diseases it can be type 2 disease, some types of cancer. It's helpful in the regulation of levels of blood sugar and improve the insulin sensitivity.

Benifits in mental health

Morning walk is a best way to reduce stress and level of anxiety. By morning walk, endorphins is released which has mind boosting effects. The morning walk can provide a sense of comfort z peace and relaxation. The walking can improve functions of cognition such as memory and attention. It enhances the flow of blood to the brain area, it is important to improve the brain functions.Regulatory in walking can enhance sleep .Because it is helpful to improve circadian rhythm which makes easy to fall asleep.

Now I will share with you guys that how much morning walk is my routine. I get up early in the morning, I perform waddo and then I offere prayer and then recitation of Holy Qur'an. Then me and my mother went into my home's garden in which we have grown grass and many trees. In the morning the dew dropa on the green leaves look very attractive and beautiful. We do morning walk for 20 to 30 minutes daily in this garden as the fresh breath makes our lungs strong and healthy, and make our mood fresh. After that I prepare breakfast and then I go to university.
