How do you prioritize self-care in your daily routine?

Caring for others is good but self care must be your first priority. I care for myself in daily routine by eating healthy food . As we know that health should be prior than everything.
I recently trying to make the hair remedy by using lady finger it boost the hair growth it helps to make the hair healthy and root stronger I apply the milk on the hair too because as we know that season is too dry so I made the remedies for my hair because I love my hair too much.

What activities help you relax and unwind when you're feeling stressed?

I watch dramas to relax myself when I'm stressed I talk to my best friend usually to make me laugh she's married but we always give time to each other in the time of need whenever I am unhappy I always call them recall our memories the Jolly moments we spend with each other that make me happy and help me to relieve stress.

Why is self-care important for maintaining overall well-being?

Health very important because when you are not healthy you do not take care of yourself your life is miserable You cannot do well You cannot enjoy your moments of life.

How do you ensure you take time for yourself amidst your busy schedule?

I'm very busy person I travel regularly to another city for studies and I am becoming physiotherapist there's no university in my city so I had to travel to another My mother didn't allow me to live in the hostel so I have to come home on the daily basis but besides this I do not neglect my health I took the time from the busy schedule to make me healthy because health is first priority for me

What self-care practices have you found most beneficial for your mental health?

I drink shakes eat almonds I try to make my diet more healthy. Besides eating as I said I made remedies for hair. Skin care is also important I apply moisturizer 🧴 too . That how I maintain my health.
Health care should be everyone's first priority . Neglecting health effects our own self .Being selfish in healthcare is good .
Being a person besides loving caring others we should also think of ourselves too. We all should eat healthy diet do exercise take a proper rest for self care.

Travelling often to another city can be very stressful, I can understand, when I was an undergraduate. I use to travel to another city like that to attend classes, I knew how stressful it used to be, so sorry about that
