Hello and warmest greetings everyone, regarding to all my fellow amiable steemians colleagues around the world mostly the ones in this community, it's a pleasure for me to have you all in my blog which i will be taking part in this amazing and healthy contest: The Diary Game and your Health - wk44 usually organized by @aaliarubab here in #Healthy-Steem community.
Good health is very essential and important to our daily lives that we need to get a good and better health understanding about it through our daily activities and routines because some people show so much ignorance and lack of attention to their health as well as their diary which is very wrong and it can cause harm to our well-being at any moment because of lack of attention and unawareness that most of us give to our health.

My diary game all started and took place on tuesday 10th february this day was just an amazing and happy day for me because i woke up on the right side of the bed around 6:23am and started my day with some body stretches before doing my morning devotion then brushed my teeth as usual, before selecting an taking out some of my dirty clothes outside which took me about an hour and some minutes before i finished the washing and spraying the clothes in the line to dry.

After all the chores that morning i went inside to warm up the remaining jellof rice i ate a night before that day and still took it as breakfast which i also dish out some portion of the food for my sister and also my dog fibbie.

Not quite long when i finished eating i went to take my bath and came outside again to relax and receive some fresh air under the grapefruit tree in our compound with my dog fibbie jumping laying down beside me which i also plug two grapefruit to suck one for me and one for fibbie because of the health benefits the fruits has such that it improves our heart health by reducing risk factors for heart disease, and also fight against high blood pressure (HBP), after about 30 minutes i went inside back to take some nap before time of going to work reach.

Around 1:25pm in the afternoon my alarm rang when i was sleeping and immediately i woke up and started preparing for work in other to meet up by 2:00 o'clock and when i was about living the house to work i played with fibbie for sometime before saying bye to him, since i am on afternoon shift that day so didn't eat lunch at home.

When we closed from work some few minutes after seven o'clock in the evening i branch by a shop and bought a chill Pepsi and biscuits for 900naira which is equivalent to 1.16 steem then trek back home since my house is not far from my work place.

so when i got home the first thing i did was taking a warm bath before taking beans as dinner which is one of my favourite food because of the protein and vital nutrient that it plays in maintaining and repairing the body.
After eating i lay down in the bed and started operating my phone until i don't even know when i fell asleep.
I have finally come to the end point of this week #44 of this amazing diary game and health control which i will also like to invite my fellow steemians @josepha @anthony002 @saintpaul17 to take part as well.
