Thanks, for another new week in the #HealthySteem Contest. We are very conscious about our health and for our health-related competition we have a special First aid box which is the life saving substance that we keep in it, an interesting and exciting contest where everyone can share the power of this first aid box.

Usually, in our real life, some one or the other gets into an accident at home or outside.

It is seen that when we walk, we stumble and fall, when we cook, our hands get burnt or our clothes catch fire, when we travel, our car overturns due to an accident or when we fight, our limbs are cut off or many times broken.
These accidents can happen at any time or to any person.

Many times when we go to work at home, our hands and feet are cut, bleeding or burnt, then we do not seek the help of a doctor quickly. Then if we are treated by the things immediately close at hand before the arrival of the doctor, and if we do not suffer from health deterioration or any complications as a result of this primary treatment, and if we or I feel healthy, then this medical care is given as primary health care.

That is some medical types of equipment kept in our house a box of medicines for immediate health care which we know as First Aid Box.

And for this primary health care, we carefully pack the necessary medicine that we use for the primary treatment in a specific box, this useful and very important box is called The First aid box.

In the event of a sudden accident or illness, before going to a hospital or a specialist doctor, give any life-saving treatment at that moment and give immediate first aid treatment to avoid serious health risks. Especially if medicines are kept in this first aid box at home or office or workplace, the risk of death will be reduced a lot.

Many times, if a blood pressure patient has a sudden attack, if I keep a Nitroglycerin solution of 1% 8 gram and an Aspirin tablet for acute coronary syndrome in the box, I can save the person before the doctor arrives.

Many times it is seen that children are playing at home and later get pain, cuts in many parts of the body, at that moment as an immediate treatment for children, keep in the first aid box kept in advance as a primary treatment of sanitizer, antiseptic and bandage which are quickly effective which are getting treatment in a moment. There is no need to see a doctor for this.

Again, many times someone may die from excessive bleeding, and if I put hand sanitizer, bandages, and Antiseptic solution Povidone-Iodine USP 100% in the First Aids box, I can stop the bleeding before the doctor arrives. By doing this, the patient's life will be saved and he will be healthy.

So I think this life saver box is a very valuable and important first aid box to save everyone's life which we all should take care of.

It is not just an object, it is a life saver and a very valuable and important box that is kept to save everyone's life which we know as a First aid box.

This box contains some important medicines which can be used to treat the patient immediately before the arrival of the doctor.

Since this is an important box, it should be kept away from children and in a high place where the eyes can easily see the box.A first box is a place we keep within reach that anyone can easily find.

It is a white colored box with red ink writing first aid box which is a universal first aid symbol which is easily visible and easily found by anyone.

We can easily carry it anywhere.

This box has a red plus or cross sign which means no first aid. It is the symbol of the International Red Cross Society. By this sign we mean humanitarian organizations whose main work is to treat the injured.

• I always carry Hand Sanitizer, Bandages and Antiseptic Solution Povidone-Iodine USP 100% in the first aid box to prevent excessive bleeding in Immediately.

• Keep aspirin tablets to prevent acute coronary syndrome and a medicine Nitroglycerin solution of 1% 8 g to get immediate treatment for heart attack.

• I always keep Ursaline, because of stomach problems and excessive toileting so that the body is not too weak due to dehydration. Also Metronidazole for stomach problems Gastro gastrointestinal disorders so that it is not serious before going to the doctor so keep it in the box.

• I keep a thermometer and tablet of Paracetamol for fever so that I can sense if there is a high fever and give me medicine after taking the body temperature.

• I always put burn cream in Silver sulphadiazine to prevent immediate burns and always box it for Cotrimxozole to prevent fungal infections.

Any accident can happen inside our house due to the lack of these necessary and cheap medicines, so I keep these medicines in the first aid box so that I can give quick treatment. Besides, I am a diabetic patient so I always keep Bood pressure monitoring check, Blood Glucose test at my home. When someone in my family is sick, I take them to a specialist doctor after giving first aid.
