Hello Dear friends ,I am @jollymonoara from Bangladesh .

SEC- S20 /W2 : Hematology [Hemoglobin-Module 2]

Hello friends how are you all hope by the grace of Allah all community admins and moderators of the platform are healthy and safe. By God's grace I'm fine too.But I'm a little emotionally distressed because I lost my father forever from this world.Just uttering the word father makes the eyes water. So I couldn't write despite wanting to.

So I've been out of touch with this platform for a long time. Because I can't write anything I only remember my father every time I sit down to write. Right now I don't remember anything other than my father's memory so I don't know any language to write because I can't write.

So when I sat down to write today after a long time, I found it very important to me that teachers and subjects for this week's training on engagement challenges and a topic this week posted by @dexsyluz
& and @aaliarubab moderators.

  • The subject was Hematology [Hemoglobin-Module 2].

I must know what hematology is before writing anything about it.

Basically all blood related diseases are treated and diagnosed.

Blood is the key to life's strength in the human body. Blood flows through blood vessels to different parts of the body and supplies oxygen and food to cells as well as carbon dioxide elimination, blood waste.

Opaque, alkaline and saline fluids in which blood is made up of sap and several types of blood cells.

There are three types such as red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets.

Red blood cells: Red blood cells have the highest number of blood cells in the human body.Blood appears red due to the presence of a type of pigment called hemoglobin in blood cells.
Chemically, 60 to 70% of red blood cells are water and 30 to 40 percent of solids, about 90% of these solids are hemoglobin

  • Each hemoglobin is composed of pigments containing iron called heme and proteins called globin.
Hemoglobin in red blood cells transports oxygen and a small amount of carbon dioxide from the lungs of the human body.

I wrote about this from the information I found on a Google search.

Death of Rafael Rangel

Rafael was a Venezuelan medical scientist researching.Born on 25th April 1877 died prematurely on 20th August 1909.

Who was the first exhibitor of the research was one such person who devoted himself to the study of parasitic diseases. He is therefore called the father of Venezuelan parasitology and microbiology.Dedicated to researching diseases in the tropical region. He made significant contributions as a pioneer of research in the Venezuelan medical sciences.

His first Discover between 1903 and 1904 was Necator americanus which is a parasite that causes hookworms.

In 1908, he was responsible for eradicating bubunic plague in Guaira.A year later he is quite mentally disturbed due to various problems. Moreover, he was suffering from depression due to his denial of the awaited scholarship abroad. He may have committed suicide with cyanide when his biography read it.

In 1903, when he received anemia after analyzing the blood of patients (determination of hemoglobin), this anemia deficiency was responsible for the decrease in hemoglobin levels.

That's why there's a sad story surrounding the Drabkin compound that caused him to commit suicide with cyanide due to depression.

In 8 years he left behind a post-rights study that is still valid today in medicine, education medicine, summer medicine, research, development management as multidimensional.

Describe Hemoglobin .

Red blood cells or RBC with hemoglobin floating in blood juice and non-nucleated oxygen are called RBC pigments. And because of its presence in red blood cells, the blood appears red and if the blood does not have the necessary hemoglobin, or anemia is seen.

The cell that transports oxygen and carbon dioxide into our body contains the most important protein in the cell is hemoglobin.

If hemoglobin decreases in someone's body, oxygen will not reach his body, starting from lung to various tissues. On the other hand, the carbon dioxide produced in the body will not be released properly. Different types of completions will be created in the body.

  • Hemoglobin acts as a buffer in our body i.e. helps to maintain the body's pH balance.

Hemoglobin is a protein part that is a type of conjugated protein. Here is the structure of the protein as well as a cross-cytic groupThe prosthetic group is pigment.Pigment we call heme.According to hemoglobin, heme is one of two structures, while globin is the other.

Globin which protein part.Polypeptide chains of its proteins are present.Globin containing globin hemoglobin has two types of two pairs of alpha chains and beta chains.

The amino acid of the alpha chain is 141. Two alpha chains are 282 amino acids. Beta chain on the other hand has 146 amino acid.2 beta chain is 292 amino acid acid.

Globin part contains 574 amino acids.

Two part iron and and porphyrin in the heme part.

Iron in parts always ferrous form Fe++ ionic format.
On the other hand porphyrin tetraphyrole structure linked with Fe++.

There are four polytectide chains in globin.Four poly peptite chains are present inside one hemoglobin. There are four globin chains inside hemoglobin, and four or four chains have four heme parts and four ferrous ions.4 Ferrous ions will supply oxygen separately four times to four ferrous ions.

Hemoglobin is a globular protein that is water soluble
Hemoglobin is the quarter-near protein structure
Hemoglobin always carries oxygen
Hemoglobin is composed of haem and globin
.

The molecular formula for hemoglobin is C2952H4464N3248O812S8Fe4

Automated Hematocrit vs Manual Hematocrit

Manual method is direct technique while automated method is indirect technique.

  1. Macro and micro hematocrit

Macrohematocrit method no longer longer for laboratory method. Micro hematocrate method for manual testing is done in the laboratory.

It's rarely used, , histrical background, more time requires a lot of time and requires a lot of blood. Moreover, it is a higher percentage of plasma in the context.

The best is the automated method

Fully Automated and Computers and Fully Advanced.
Replaced manual method and baseline primary testing in any small hematology lab. Quite Rapid, Very Renable ,Cost Effective, Acurate and Precise.
Regulating process on a little machine. Can process many samples in a short time. Expensive, it is very safe Many samples.
Speciman is full blood and this method takes 15 to 30 minutes ,15 minutes high speed, 15 minutes one hour stand.

Explain a real-life example with the concept of hematocrit

Problems occur in our bodies when we turn to doctors. Then the first test that Dr. lets us do is the CBC test.Any blood related disease can be diagnosed in our body. The most important thing we look at is that our health depends on the amount of hemoglobin in the body.

Hematological Test Report in One Day laboratory comes when Hemoglobin Report One 11.0 and Reference to female is 11.5 to 16.5.

No matter how many times I test, it's 11 or 10 in the report, but no one cares why this hemoglobin is low.Meanwhile, the patient's condition will worsen day by day.

Once upon a time when my hemoglobin came down to the lower but we did it, I didn't notice it.But going down the stairs or talking will increase the palpitations but I continued to call it a heart disease.

But when I showed it to a heart specialist, he found no problem with my heart, blood pressure down.
Then Dr. let me make my iron profile where the iron profile showed my iron level dropped.

Where iron was 26, rang 50-175
Ferritin 7.70, rang 10-291.

Here, however, I was diagnosed with anemia due to anemia.

I took iron tablets for a year and I recovered a bit but again after a year my palpitations would increase as before, instability would increase.

So again when I went for my CBC test I had that previous condition of anemia. In this case I took four injections in four weeks. Currently I'm a bit healthy now.

Here are some detailed descriptions of the reasons why I had these problems------

A year of dieting keto was like this. Eat less carbohydrates. But I never cared about it. Eating and drinking irregularities and Balanced diet not eating whole foods as well as keto diet Suppose I ate apple cider vinegar. So my body's demand for food began to decrease. I would eat three meals a day somehow. As a result, I gradually suffered from anemia.

  • Just as extra food should not be eaten, everyone should eat all types of seasonal and carbohydrates, vitamin ,mineral, fiber, protein, fat in moderation.
