First of all my greetings, I am sure all of you Moderators, Admins and Members of this community are enjoying the days well.. I am also healthy and well by the grace of Allah.

Once again Healthy Steem community brings us a new challenge weeks to share our The Four Main Factors of Health .

Keeping our bodies healthy is very important. If the body is not good, then no work or anything is good. So first of all, we need healthy consciousness to keep our body healthy. Because health is the root of all happiness and health is our wealth.

It is very important for us to be healthy and to stay healthy we need to take care of our body. To stay healthy, most of us need a healthy mentality. Moreover, the other things that we need to be aware of are balanced food, adequate sleep and free hand exercise.

Whenever we are aware of these things, starting from our mental health, our body diseases will be cured and improved.

So through this Challenge I will discuss these four subjects in detail.


What do you eat to stay healthy? How can you improve your diet?

  1. First of all, I need physical health. For the growth, strength and survival of the body, we need to take food from every animal in the world. Therefore, our proper food intake will play a very important role to stay healthy.

A balanced diet food


By balanced food, we mean the food which, if we take it, our body's structure, recovery and strength are generated.
These balanced foods consist of several chemical components which are called nutrients.

  • Among these food components are mainly non-vegetarian or Protein foods - which replenish the body's loss and increase the body's growth.

  • Carbohydrates - generate energy for the body and

  • Fatty foods- -produces heat and energy.

  • Apart from this, Vitamins and Minerals play an essencial role in keeping us healthy.

Among our daily food items, we eat more starchy foods like rice, bread and potatoes etc. and these sugary foods are easily digestible.
Non-vegetarian food means fish, meat, milk, eggs and pulses. We must have non-vegetarian food in our daily diet.
If there is a lack of nutrients in our daily diet, then there is a lack of vitamins in the body. Fatty food is oil, ghee, butter
.

Although vitamin-rich food directly participates in the formation of the body, the various functions of the body are not completed due to the lack of vitamins. Food vitamins are vitamins A, B-complex, D, C, E and K.

Mineral salt - The salt that we eat with rice or curry every day is very necessary for a healthy body. Also, meat, eggs, milk, green vegetables and fruits are the main sources of mineral salt.

We include these food items in our daily food list in moderate amounts such as foods that meet the body's essential needs in a proper balanced diet.

If we keep these food items in our food list, we can all live healthy.

How can I improve my diet –

First of all, I can make a food list according to my age and physical height from different food ingredients. Where the food can include non-vegetarian sugar and sweet food at every meal. The food should contain vitamins and mineral salts and water. Carbohydrate food quantity. Eat low and high fiber foods such as vegetables and fruits. Limited amount of fatty foods.

For example,

  • In the morning we have vegetables and eggs with two pieces of bread,
  • In the afternoon we have a cup of rice with pulses, vegetables and fish and
  • At night we have vegetables and meat with two pieces of bread. Apart from this, keep milk like yogurt or a cup of milk and a fruit.

This way if I develop food habits I can improve my diet.


What is your sleeping pattern, and how can you improve it?

Just as we need a balanced diet to stay healthy, we also need enough sleep. Just as daylight increases our work efficiency, at the end of the day, when the darkness of the night comes, our body also becomes dull. I will not be able to concentrate in the field of work. Then the body will feel tired and the mood will not be good.

A healthy person can sleep 6-7 hours daily. Sleep not only keeps the body healthy but also the mind.

I usually try to sleep a little less during the day, because sleeping during the day doesn't make me sleepy at night. So I sleep mostly at night. The best practice is if I can sleep between 11:00 - 11:30 Pm, I can wake up early in the morning. But for some reason, if I go to bed late, I don't get sleep. Sometimes it's 3 o'clock in the night. But the next day is not normal for me. It's like a feeling of sleep remains throughout the day.

Sleep is very important for our body. Moderate sleep increases the immune system of our body and keeps our mood. If we don't sleep properly at night, our mental health is not good, we suffer from diseases like depression, headache and high pressure.

At one time I could not sleep at night, I would wake up in the middle of the night and then I would not sleep again. For some days I regularly took a pizotifen 5 mg at night to stay depressed. I took this group of medicine for about two years.

Now I'm healthy, I sleep well at night. I try to sleep before 12 midnight. If for some reason I'm late one day, I don't feel good the next day.

How we can improve our sleep –

  • 6-7 hours should be slept every night.

  • The day's work should be completed in such a way that no work is left after 10:00 pm.

  • Dinner should be finished by 8.00 pm because if you eat earlier, the food will be digested quickly. If the food is not digested, then you will not sleep well at night.

  • All electronic devices should be kept away from the bed.

  • Breakfast 7-8:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. should be eaten regularly. Do not delay in any way.

Proper eating habits are a good aspect of proper sleeping time which can improve my body and my adequate sleep.



What are your daily exercises or activities? Do you need to do more?

Regular physical exercise is very important to keep the body fit. If the body is not fit, then we will not be able to stay healthy. Then our body will be affected by many diseases, we will become very fat. To live a beautiful and healthy life, we must exercise regularly.

After sleeping for a long time at night, it is the right time to exercise in the morning. Exercising removes unnecessary fat and sweat from the body. In addition, we should walk for at least 45 minutes non-stop every day when the sun rises. By doing this, when the sun shines on our body, vitamin D is produced in our body. It will help to build the bones of the body, besides some free hand exercises will improve our nervous system.

If we do these exercises every day, as our body will be healthy, our busy days will be normal.

However, moderate exercise will not help in forming this right lifestyle, it requires a moderate and balanced diet.



What do you do for mental fitness?

Our human health plays a special role in our healthy life. If our human health is not good, then we will not be able to live a healthy life.

Human health depends on proper timing of a balanced diet, exercise and social behavior. Mental health is as important as physical health.

Human health is a person who realizes his own abilities and can cope with the normal pressures of life. A confidence will grow in his every work.
Many times family pressure and surrounding environment make us sick. Also if family bond is not strong then mental health can be bad in that case.

So if we can keep our body and mind healthy then our human health will be good.

Sometimes travel plays an important role in maintaining good mental health.
