Guys how are you all hope you are well. I am also healthy and safe by the grace of Allah.
In the fifth sense, the eye is the sense by which we see the light of the earth. If we do not take proper care of these eyes, we will suffer from various eye diseases and at some point it will be seen that we will gradually lose sight.

As a conscious person I should have my eyes checked at least once a year so today I started my day with my son's medical treatment.I will record all the things I did and what I ate all day in today's diary.

The Diary Game

(Date: Wednesday,09-10-2024)

Wake up in the morning and do all kinds of household chores, finish cooking for the noon.Because when I go to the hospital, it will slowly be seen that the lunch hour will go away, then I will not want to come from outside and cook. After cooking, I freshened up and had breakfast in the morning and gave breakfast to my son too, I will take him today to see a doctor.So mom and son quickly got ready and came to Abdullapure Main road..Then from there We crossed the road and boarded the bus, I will go to Ahasania Mission Cancer & General Hospital. The eye doctor here is very experienced and treats well, so since it is a general hospital, I came here with my son.

I was bringing an appointment in advance, so I cut the receipt and came to the doctor's chamber. There was a patient inside the chamber so he just gave our receipt to the doctor assistant and checked my son's eye.Then he asked us to go inside and after hearing all the problems in my son's eyes, the doctor himself checked his eyes again and gave the prescription and also asked me when I saw the doctor.It had been a year, I said,So he told me to check my eyes with an eye specialist at least once a year. I came out exchanging greetings with him.

We came out of the hospital and on the way my son told me he wouldn't go by bus because the bus got stuck so he took a rickshaw auto rickshaw. Kamarpara, Ashulia Road and here express way road construction work is going on from Savar to Abdullahpur so rickshaw travel on this road is risky.Then we crossed the main road and took another rickshaw.

There was a glasses shop near our house so we left the rickshaw midway. And my son ordered glasses together because his previous glasses were broken, he needs glasses today.As if he had given us the glasses ready in the afternoon, mother and son started walking towards home, I bought guavas in between.

Then when I came home fresh, I ate a little almond and also ate one of my favorite fruits.

Moreover, eating guava from a diabetic patient is very beneficial, it contains vitamin C and other nutrients.

What I cooked for lunch was shrimp fish curry, gourd curry, thinly cooked lentils and fried bitter gourd. Rice had to be cooked for lunch so I hooked into the rice cooker and I showered and finished the prayer at noon. Then ate lunch and took some rest.

In the afternoon I was writing to prepare a post and in the evening I made potato chops as snacks, ate potato chops and also ate very delicious papaya.Ripe papaya is a very beneficial fruit for those with stomach problems.I almost try to eat this papaya after noon.

Then after dinner at night I went to bed early today because I didn't feel good and that's how I spent today.
