What do you understand using bone health
What makes us feel strong and energized to walk around and go about our daily life activities is our bones. When there is any pain in our bones our body and not only the affected parts are disturbed.
Having said that above, what I understand by the bone health is simply refers to the stage at which our bone is in good condition to support our body. By going further, it is the strength, density, and overall condition of our bones, which play an important role in supporting our body to enable us to move and protect vital organs. Having good bone health means my bones are strong enough and less fractures to support my body in whatever activities I want to do.
What are the key factors and tips in the maintenance of bone health
The key factors and tips in the maintenance of bone health are:
Factors For Bone Health
Taking of calcium: Taking/eating things that have enough calcium that can strengthen bones. Things like yogurt, milk, cheese, greens, and several others are good factors for bone health.
Vitamin D: This helps our body to absorb calcium and the primary sources of vitamin D are fatty fish, egg yolks, sunlight, and others.
Doing of Exercise: Walking, dancing, running, weight lifting, and other form of exercise help to stimulate the formation of bone.
Avoid smoking and limit the intake of alcohol Smoking and alcohol weaken bones so the best thing to do is to avoid or limit taking them.
Tips For Bone Health Maintenance
Eat a balanced diet: When eating food, we should eat food that includes calcium-rich foods and vitamin D sources every day.
Regular exercise: We should do at least one exercise every day for at least 30 minutes.
Get enough sleep: Sleeping is important for bone repair and our overall health we should try and be sleeping to maintain our bone health.
Stay hydrated:: We should drink plenty of water because proper hydration supports the metabolism of bone.
