Inflammation is an innate mechanism within us. The immunity acts whenever cells are disturbed in a bid to correct the situation. It’s somewhat like a shield. It can be due to an impact, a contagious disease, or other complications. Inflammation is necessary to aid in the restoration of normalcy. However, it tends to be an issue if it takes too long to heal. This may, in turn, cause conditions such as rheumatism or complications related to the heart.

- Allergies: These dues, as a rule, dust, pollen, and certain foodstuffs may also cause inflammatory reactions.
- Chronic Conditions: There are other diseases that can also cause long-term or chronic inflammation, which include allergies, asthma, diabetes, and arthritis.

Inflammation is a natural and necessary process that occurs in the body as a response to injury, infection, or illness. It is a vital part of the immune system's defense mechanism, helping to protect the body and promote healing. Acute inflammation is typically a short-term, localized response that is necessary for the body to fight off pathogens and repair damaged tissues.
