Preparation of Natural Oil for hair growth

Hope you find well😎 . I believe that you are in good health and enjoying your healthy life. Today I have brought to you a good way of preparing a natural oil which can enhance your hair growth, hair thickness and prevent hair falling.

The reason I have prepared this oil is that, I suffer from a mild hair loss occasionally. I believe the potential reasons are lack of nutrients (Since I miss nutrient rich meals several times a week), lack of sleep 😴 due to my busy life and mainly due to the inability to take care my hair. I strongly believe that a good natural hair oil can compensate all the hair problems.

As the initial task, I bought 500g of Onions and 250g of Garlic from the supermarket 🏬. I had some Olive oil (Around 150 ml) in my home; therefore, I did not want to buy that again . I felt that using all the Onion and Garlic will ruin the recipe, therefore I have used about 100g of onion and 100g of garlic.

Then I chopped onion and garlic into small pieces 🔪 . Chopping onion is an easier task but garlic???????????? 😰😰

Then I blended chopped onion and garlic into a thick paste. This thick paste had a strong but pleasant smell. After that, I mixed the paste with olive oil.

As the final step, I simmered the mixture for around 20 minutes 🕐 . The best option is the stone hearth since the gas cookers, hot plate or induction cooker generate high amount of heat 🌡 but stone hearth can give mild heat for a long time. Then, I took the mixture out from the hearth and filtered the oil.

The problem I encountered was the water content from the onion. The water content created an emulsion in the mixture but it’s not a big issue.
