Yes I have experienced many of the infections in my life but first of all I want to explain the type of infections that exists.
| Bacterial infection | Bacterial infection is the infection that are caused by bacterias such as stephylococcus pneumonia that cause pneumonia. |

| Fungal infection | Fungal infections are those that are caused by fungus such as infection on nails. |
| Viral infection | Viral infections are those that are caused by viruses. |
I had all type of infections in my life and I have experience with bacterial infection in the form of pneumonia disease and I have an experience of fungal infection in the form of paronychia on nails but most excessive infection that I have almost every year in winters is flu which is the viral infection.

Antibiotics are basically the drugs that are used to treat bacterial infections as anti word means to kill and biotics word means bacterias.
If we take a lot of antibiotics then it will damage our body organs also including kidneys and liver especially because mostly drugs metabolize in liver and excrete out through kidneys so these organs majorly effect.
Other side effect of using too much antibiotics are those our body becomes antibiotic resistant and hence a time reaches then for the antibiotics in our body show no effect so we should be very careful about intake of antibiotics and if we have to take antibiotics in a severe case then we should must use probiotics also.
It's very important to seek a doctor if you have any infection because infections are mostly those that can spread and if they are viral then definitely they will spread from person to person but even if they are bacterial or fungal then there are higher chances to be spread of them if it remains untreated

For this reason it's important to seek for a doctor rather than starting meditations in home because a normal person cannot understand that which type of infection he have so medications can make your situation worst.
