- Reduced mobility and flexibility.
- Fatigue in some cases.
- Feverish feelings.
It is now a know fact that arthritis can actually affect anyone from any gende. contrary to previously held belives that it was a disease of old age.

Today's orthodox Medicine have been able to identified diffrent types of arthritis such as;
- Gout .
- Ankylosing.
- Rheumatoid
- Septic .
- Psoriatic .
- Osteoarthritis.
in this post, i will be writing briefly on the most common types of arthritis.
Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA):
Rheumatoid is a self-destructive condition where the sick person's body sabotage its own tissues, damaging the cartilage in joints and bones, leading to swollen and painful joints.
Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA):
Psoriatic Arthritis is closely associated with people suffering from psoriasis which causes joint inflammation and skin symptoms. It often results in swollen fingers and toes and in some cases could affect the person's eyes.
Osteoarthritis (OA):
This form of arthritis cause serious wearing away of the cartilage around the joint as if it was due to aging or over use, Leading to stiffness, pain and redness of the affected area.
Gout Arthritis:
The gout Arthritis causes a person a sudden, severe joint pain. The pain of this one is often in the big toe and can vanish after some time. A persons joint and ancles could be affected. It is a result of uric acid build-up in the body.

For now, conventional medicine have no definitive solution. Though it is true that there is no known cure for arthritis, rhat should not stop a person suffering from arthritis trying various treatment and therapy options that could help in managing some painful symptoms and also slow the disease progression. These includes weight management, massages, physical therapy and controlled exercise.

Take prescription drugs to lower the bodies uric acid content, this could come with pain relievers and anti-inflammatory drugs.
Lifestyle modifications
Quite smoking and sleep well, work hard to cut down your stress.
Eat more of grains, fruits and vegetables, identify and avoid good that triggers attacks.

Once a persons mobility is restricted by arthritis, his whole life is affected. He will be unable to care for his family and himself the way he often did. A young person my not be able to play around, meaning no football playing. The affected person will have to live in constant pains and anguish.
It can result in imotional problems, breakdowns and feelings of dependency. It can ruin relationships.

Arthritis is only for older people:
Arthritis can also affect young people even children, regardless of age.
Arthritis is just a normal part of aging
You can say that osteoarthritis is more common among older adults bit it's not a guaranteed consequence of aging. Some older people dont have it at all.
Arthritis is only about joint pain:
It is not just limited to the joints as it can affect bones and can cause a range of symptoms far beyond the joint pain, including symptoms like fatigue, fever, and emotional distress.
Exercise will worsen arthritis:
Gentle exercise, will not make it worst, the affected person needs exercises as a form of physical therapy. Exercise itself can help manage arthritis.
