A warm greeting to all steemian of this community. Hope your day is going smoothly. I am @mbetobongluke and I'm super excited to participate in this contest hosted by @suboohi for organizing this wonderful contest. Let me share with you how to alleviate back pain.

My nature of job has a very high possibility of me having back pains. But when I'm done with the work, I exercise my body. This really help me aside from taking drug's.

How to alleviate back pain

Back pain can be considered chronic if it lasts three(3) months or longer. Though it can come and go, often bringing temporary relief followed by frustration. Dealing with back pain can be especially trying if you don’t know the cause that's why It is important to always understand the source of your pain as much as possible, and to consider every available, reasonable option.

Step to relief back pains

Exercise

Exercise happens to be the number one foundation of back pain treatment. It’s one of the first treatments we should do. Maintaining your exercise routine regularly at home is essential for relieving back pain.
While rest is important for healing, we should make sure we’re not lying in bed all day. I believe Gentle exercise, such as walking, swimming, yoga, cycling or simple stretching, increases blood flow and promotes healing. Also, strengthening your core (abdominal and back muscles) can help relieve back pain. Without any movement, the muscles around your spine may feel stiff or weak, making low back pain even worse.
Let's take exercise as our daily routine lifestyle.

Good diet

Some diets seem to be inflammatory, especially those with high fats, refined sugars and processed foods i.e cooked food. Maintaining a healthy diet could also help lessen back pain by reducing pressure on your spine. This will also help in reducing back pain.

Maintain good sitting posture

This can also help in reducing back pain.
The correct posture we should use to avoid back pains are;
keeping the feet flat or resting them on the floor or a footrest.

avoiding crossing the knees or ankles; these are things people ignore why sitting.

Also maintaining a small gap between the back of the knees and the chair.

Lastly, positioning the knees at the same height or slightly lower than the hips.

I believe this can help relieve back pain is not totally eradicated
