Family planning is the cordial arrangement between two parties to avoid the risk of uncertainty. Family planning is like a brand that helps protect the risk or what you do not ought for. In the early 70s, 80s and even 90s nothing of such came up and people keep giving birth unnecessary.
Today's economy is no longer smiling at people's faces. The best thing to do is to venture into family planning to avoid the risk of uncertainty or had I know.

Benefits of family planning for individuals and society?

Family planning has a lot of benefits. Aside from individuals i.e (families), family planning help ameliorate the rate of over growing population which invariably, helps the economy.

Family planning also helps families control and know the number of children the want and what the can cater for.

its also a source of ability to empower women, by granting them the freedom to take charge of their reproductive health.

With the help of family planning, one can know the actual number of children there can cater for and this will bring development to the society as the children will not become a problem to the society.
Giving birth to children you cannot cater for will render the children reckless and invariably, will become a nuisance to the society. Practical, I adore to family planning.

The method of family planning are;

The use of condoms (here the male or the female gender uses condom during sexual intercourse)

Male and female sterilization.

Pile; this one involved the taking of tablet which has a long lasting effect depending on the time frame you want.

There's also this one called "oral contraceptive". (This one is handle by doctor's)

There's also this method called" vaginal rings. This is handle by the female gender.
