Hello Everyone.
From Pakistan🇵🇰.
Today, am here to take part in this amazing contest.
So let's start.
“Have you ever had a dry cough that caused it?.”
“.What home remedies have you used to calm an allergic cough?”
As I have already mentioned that since last two years when cold starts I used to suffer from cough. Because I couldn't take the change of weather quickly, because I used to drink cold water and eat cold food, I felt that my throat became very dry, which made me cough. And it didn't go away, it didn't matter to me how many medicines I used, but my mother kept making some kind of remedy to calm me down. I share with If any of you have a cough, I would like it to get better.
-1. | One table spoon of honey and half table spoon of crushed black pepper, mix well and around half tea spoon twice a day give relief. |
-2 | 5/6 leaves of mint, 1 inch ginger, half spoon of sugar, try to boil around 15/20 minutes, use before sleep. |
-3. | Ginger or fennel tea is also very good. |
-4. | Salt water gargle. |
-5. | Chicken feet soup. |
-6. | Keep your home clean because hygiene is your first priority. |
-7. | Steam |
“How long has a dry cough episode lasted and how do you manage it?”
I think once you get a cough it's not easy for you to fight it because it stay for a long time. Last year when i had my module and class start from morning to evening because of which I was already very exhausted but then I started coughing in the middle and because of the cough my condition would start getting worse. I felt that when I was coughing in class I was seen by everyone Attention used to come to me because everyone was quiet in the class, it was quite an embarrassing moment for me, but due to being reached home in the evening, I just took the medicine and went to sleep, so it lasts a long time if you treat it . I started treating it with home remedies, medicine or everything but it didn't work. While taking the doctor's medicine I noticed that I was not healing my cough so I switched to Remedies and using Remedies made a difference.
“What are you allergic to that causes you to cough uncontrollably?.”
No, I don't have any specific allergies that cause me to cough every year. I've never had this before, but for the past two years, I've noticed that the weather changes suddenly and I'm more used to it. Also I can't change myself quickly I keep drinking cold water and eating cold food I love eating ice cream it makes my throat dry and it happens to me Because my skin is very dry type so I feel like I can't move as quickly as the weather changes and that makes me prone to coughing.
