“What is Sore Eyes?.”

When we talk about a healthy body, eyes are also the most important part of the body. How's earth looks like or how the colors of life look like, its nothing without eyes.Protecting the eyes should be our top priority. As i know about eyes sore its a Strange tirndness around eyes ,dryness,Irritation, pain or any kind of injury in the eyes called sore eyes its also known as strain orveye fatigue its very common but harmful at the same time.Its mostly appear when your eyes red , swollen, bloodshot, dryness or dark circle.There's alot of reasons of sore eyes that i would like to share with you.
-1.Pollution.
-2.Chemicals.
-3.Wind.
-4.Dry weather.
-5.Poor screen resolution.
-6.Seasonal allergies.
-7.Contact lenses.
-8.Nutritional deficiencies.

“What advice can you give to deal with eye strain or irritation? Especially for those who spend a lot of time on screens?.”

In today's era, due to spending more time on the screen, eye diseases are increasing.People's love to spend time on the phone. I have seen them invest their time on the phone from a young age, even school children, which makes their eyesight worse by the time they get older. I wouldn't say that it is wrong But I have noticed that learning has also shifted to a greater extent on the screen itself.No matter how well you try to use it less, but it definitely damages your eyes more.spending all the time on the screen and staring screen for a long time before going to sleep. There is a lot of damage due to which doctors often forbid it. Doctors say that the habit of scrolling cellphone before going to sleep is very bad, but because of this I have seen that people damage their eye health.

-1.Eat healthy food which's good for your eyes.
-2.Use good lighting.
-3.Wear sunglasses.
-4.Avoid rubbing your eyes.
-5.Take break.
-6.Avoid screen time before going to bed.

-2.Stay hydrated.
-3.take good rest.
-4.Use cucumbers slice .
-5.Warm compress.
-6.Eye cream.
-7.Get enough sleep.

Hola @meehu, es muy cierto que el tiempo prolongado en nuestras pantallas es dañino, pero es más daño o si lo hacemos en horas nocturnas antes de dormir.

Debemos dedicar tiempo alejados de las pantallas de nuestros aparatos y cuidar constantemente nuestros ojos que, es una parte importante para nuestro diario vivir.
