Health is wealth, so always take care of yourself very well; I will be sharing my best dry fruit that I like eating every time because of the work it does on the body.

Cranberries are my best dry fruit. I love cranberries so much because it nourishes the brain and the body so much. It also contains some vitamins like vitamin C, and it also helps to boost your immune system to function very well.

Cranberries are not only good for the brain, but it is also very good for the treatment of urinary tract infections and urinary tract infections recurrent. Cranberries is been used to treat these two infections. So it is advisable to take cranberry because it serves as bacteria resistant.
