INTRODUCTION

Hello friends, this contest happens to be reality of life, though alot of people don't want to get old expercially ladies, you see them lying about their age forgetting that no matter the lies, age doesn't lie and there's nothing one can do to avoid it.
Before I continue with the main aspects of the contest I will love to invite my friends @inspiracion, @chant @eliany to join in the contest.

What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?

Aging is a natural process that all living beings must go through weather you like it or not, and it is a process of physiological changes that happens in the body as time goes on. There are some medical process following aging which involves the lifestyle factors that lead to the deterioration of various bodily functions.

Cellular damage is one of the main aspects in the aging process, inflammation and stress happens to be part of aging. As we age, our cells becomes weak therefore not able to repair itself, which lead to the building up of damage along the line.

The aging process usually starts at the early age, of 30, this is when the body begins to diminish gradually. At this age the effects of aging become more pronounced, at this time if you like lie about your age, it will make no difference because the aging process will show on you.

As we age, It is important to note that a natural process can slow down its effects and promote healthy aging.

  • Try to maintain a healthy diet
  • Make sure you stay physically active
  • Try to manage stress by getting enough sleep.
  • Try as much as possible to avoid harmful habits such as smoking and stop taking excessive alcohol consumption.

👩 Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challenges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?

As they normally say that age is just a number, but for many people out there, they fear of getting older can bring about feelings of fear and unease. The process of aging is something we can't avoid, and with it comes a lot of challenges occurs which makes a lot of people don't want to get old.

  • One of the main challenge that comes with aging is the shrink in physical health. As we age, naturally our bodies begin to falling, and because of that it leads to lack of strength, flexibility, and overall vitality. Because of that it can make life more challenging and it may increase the risk of having chronic health conditions. The fear of not able to take care of yourself anymore can be the source of anxiety for so many people when they age.

  • Another challenge is the physical health concerns, the fear of mental activities. The thought of losing your mental acuity and being depending on someone for assistance can make one develop fear.

👩 Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging?

As we grow old, our body pass the so many changes which can impact our total well-being.

One of the important things that can affect the aging process is what we eat, taking note of a particular nutritional items we take into our daily can help stop premature aging. As we grow old we should be very careful of what pass to our system. Let's see look at the nutritional items that can prevent us getting old early.

  • One of the nutritional item that can help stop us from aging early are the mixture that balance out free radicals in the our body, which are known to be the main cause our cells and tissues damage which leads to aging early the food we can eat that will help us protect our cells from damaging should be foods that is rich in antioxidants, this includes berries, leafy greens, and nuts.

  • Another nutritional item that can stop us from aging is taking of omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are the important fats that our body needs to function very well, Omega-3 helps in maintaining our health, our skin and it prevent inflammation. The Foods that contains in omega-3s are fatty fish, walnuts and flaxseeds.

If we try by eating these foods, it will help in improving the elasticity and hydration of our skin, which will help in reducing earling aging.

  • Collagen is another nutritional item that can help prevent us from aging. Collagen is one of the protein which provides structure and elasticity to our skin, making us have that youthful appearance. Once we grow old our collagen production reduces, which leads to wrinkles and sagging skin. If we eat collagen-rich foods such as chicken, bone broth, and fish will help support collagen production and maintain a youthful look.

👩 Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age?

As we grow old, it is very important to work on our physical health so that we can look young, involving exercise into our routine should be our main factor of staying young.

Though exercises shouldn't be the only thing that we do to maintain a healthy life style as I mentioned earlier, getting enough sleep, and avoiding unhealthy habits like smoking and excessive sun exposure should be put into consideration. So the exercise that we should do daily in other for us to look younger and still have strength are cardiovascular exercise, yoga exercise and strength training.

  • Cardiovascular exercise: is the exercises that we do daily and not knowing is helpful to our health, this exercise are biking, running, and swimming, this exercise are very good for our health because it maintain a healthy heart, it also boost metabolism, and also help in improving circulation. Without us knowing that this exercises help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, it increases blood flow to the skin, making us look younger as we grow old.

  • Strength training: Strength training exercises involves weightlifting, push-ups and squats, these help build our muscle mass and increase our bone density. It will help us I our posture, balance, and overall strength, with this exercise it will make us look younger.

  • Yoga: Yoga exercise is one of the important exercise that we do for flexibility, it helps improve balance, and it reduces stress, doing this exercise will make us look younger than our age.

Aging brings physical and mental impairments. Muscle weakness and joint stiffness make daily activities difficult. Chronic illnesses such as heart disease and diabetes have become more common. Energy levels decrease, affecting vitality. Fear of loss of independence and need for help. Staying active and healthy can alleviate some of the challenges.

Hello @mesola, wow I can't stop gazing at the last photo, you are quite fit in your late 30s, it's amazing. I agree with you just like in my entry, people shouldn't be sacred of aging, however they are actually concerned on the challenges (limitations) it brings.
Cardiovascular exercises and yoga really combine to keep anyone bothe the young and the old, in amazing fitness. Another good and readily available exercise is walking.
