Good day to all the steemians in the community, greetings to you all, my name is@mhizta and its a pleasure participating in this amazing diary game title my health : The Diary Game and Your Health | My day"
I will begin my dairy game with with this following hint: my diet, the medicine or vitamin I take, the water I drank, the exercise I did, what I did to relax, the pain or tiredness I felt and what I discovered about my health and if there's anything I need to change to live a healthy life. so you all should sit back and relax as I analyse my wonderful day.
It's was a faithful morning, I didn't feel like opening shop or going to work, but I know the house is going to be bored if I stay back, so I immediately start preparing to my working place.
On getting to my working place I make sure I sleep up the environment and started arranging Market (goods)outside. After shading, my stomach have already been signaling that I need to attend to it. So I move on to my breakfast, so I took so light food which is tea and bread, waiting for my friends to come out.
My friend is a Yoruba and you know, Yoruba and herb, we have one particular herb where we mixed with 7up and we'll be taking it 3 times a day.
this helps in body pain, reducing sugar in the body and also for strength. As usual, we took one glass each.

At 12pm, I was hungry, so I consider some jollof rice and plantain as substitute. my Boss is a very nice woman and she knows exactly what I need for my health. oh, I most forgot water, my favourite water is Nestle, CWay and Nirvana.

I have been selling this particular set of bottle water, it's recommended, high reputation. so after eating, I downloaded my like 2 bottle of Nestle water. my belly was popping up like a pregnant woman.
I concentrated on my business like attending to customers until evening time which is the time for everyone to close, though am always busy but i try i try as much as possible to relax my self because it's good for health.
After locking up the shop, it's time to go home, I was thinking of using public transport but when I remember that walking is part of exercising the body, I decided to walk instead, the make it fun, walking help me to know some certain places and streets, you know how Lagos is, everybody need to be alert. on my way going I bought some fruit like water lemon and orange because that's is exactly what I crave for at the moment(something watering).
On getting home, I took my bathe, and I can feel some pains on my body. It's always happened if I had a busy day. I sells rice in bags so to be carrying it in and out, I normally felt some times headache, neck pain, i need to relax.
When am taking about relaxing at night, it's means I wouldn't touch my phone because if I do,I wouldn't have enough time sleep and it's not good for health.
What I come to realize about my health is that, I really need to be eating at the right time and secondly, I need to Change the hobby of pressing phone over night. I can press phone from 8pm to 4pm while I set my alarm on 5pm, it's crazy right, I really need to change because sleep have a lot to do in human body like if I sleep on time, I will wake up the next day stronger.
I really enjoy this diary game and I have been able to share about my health with my busy working day. we need to take care of our health. Like they say: Health is Wealth.

Yes you are right plain water is the best thing for our body and pain water is full of minerals and other benfitsand your kahwa is looking nice and otherwise herbs is the best thing for our health it is the boost of our energy
