What are the different types of arthritis, and how do they impact people? |

There are several type of arthritis which have their own characteristic and have own impact on the other people life let me explain few of them here:
1. Osteoarthritis:
Osteoarthritis is the most common type of arthritis which occurs in a majority of the population in this type of arthritis are protective cartilage all the question that is President at the end of the bones tonight them start breakdown because of the wear and tear and it is also age related arthritis because as the age increases then that fluid and the question decreases which causes pain is stiffness and decrease range of motion in the life. It may be fixed running and hip joint and also sometimes spine
2. Rheumatoid arthritis:
This Arthritis is a auto immune condition and it mainly attached the small joint of the body including the joints of our hands including DIP and PIP joints and also joints of feet it causes inflammation and pain and swelling and also sometimes de formality in that joint and patient be complain that he or she get fatigue very easily.
3. Psoriatic arthritis:
This type of arthritis is caused by some skin condition that also causes pains stiffness and the same symptoms that other arthritis have.
4. Gout:
This form of arthritis is due to the build up of uric acid crystals in our joint which causes the same symptoms and it mainly effects the big toe.
5. Ankylosing Spondylitis:
Find that causes the pain and swelling and same symptoms in the vertebra.
Is type of arthritis have its own impact on everyone but it has some common symptoms such as joint pain stiffness swelling and decrease range of motion it also affects our daily life and activities and work productivity also our quality of life so we should manage it very concisely.
How can lifestyle changes like exercise and diet help in managing arthritis symptoms? |

Some of the lifestyle changes and diet that I am talking about as a physiotherapist I will tell you so that it's clear significant role and managing the arthritis
1- Maintaining a healthy weight
2- regular doing exercise
3- stress managing
4- maintaining proper postures and alignment of joint
5-healthy diet
What are some common treatments for arthritis, and how effective are they in relieving pain? |

Some common treatments for the arthritis I given below
Medication including pain reliever such as are very helpful in the pain management
Non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs are also very important to reduce the information of joint
Physical therapy also playing important role by improving the joint functions friends and indirects also add some flexibility to the joint and also decreases the pains.
Some other alternatives of the pain reduction are the fortiko steroids injection which also have halonik acid injections that is injected between the joints and it provides the lubrication in the joint and ultimately the pain reduces
- Add some end stage of the arthritis people also prefer to go for the surgery because when the conservative treatment fails then surgically they replaces their joint
How does arthritis affect daily activities and quality of life for individuals? |

Arthritis significant role by decreasing the quality of life and visual and which a patient face stiffness reduce range of motion and this also impact on their work of the office work they do not do their job very very because of requires a physical labour and physical working in which they do not handle properly.
Moreover social isolation a person have a limited ability to move it also causes the Steve dispense because of pains and it also have emotional impact to because some chronic pain can use to the emotional and instability

Some is concepts about the arthritis is that that it only fix the older age no doubt it majorly fixed the older age but young adults can also face this problem.
It is also a myth that arthritis is a part of age and it is normal but it is not if you have your proper lifestyle diet and genetic factors can also affect and causes this problem.
Some people sayings that pain is only managed by the medications and physical therapy and surgery do not work but this is wrong we must go for the physical therapy because it immediately affect and people do not have awareness about it.
