Maintaining the health of our own hair is an important task and for this we all need to follow a proper routine. So today I am sharing here a simple and effective hair care routine which will help in keeping our own hair strong and healthy. There are some important things to keep our hair healthy. Which are discussed below:


[1] Wash your hair 2-3 times a week: 👩🏻‍🦰

  • We need to use shampoo according to our hair type. After shampooing our hair, we need to use a good conditioner that will make our hair smooth and soft. However, one thing is that shampooing too much can be harmful to our hair.
[2] Applying a hair mask once a week: 👩🏻‍🦰
  • For nourishing our own hair, we should use a hair mask once a week. We can use our own homemade hair mask. The ingredients of our hair mask include yogurt, egg, honey and aloe vera gel.
[3] A break from hair styling: 👩🏻‍🦰

  • Styling tools that are harmful to our own hair, such as straighteners, curlers, and hair dryers, can damage the processing of hair. Therefore, they should be used less.

  • We can do oil massage once/twice a week for our own hair health. We can use coconut oil, almond oil or sesame oil as per our choice. Oil provides nourishment to the hair roots and promotes hair growth.
[5] Eating healthy foods for hair care: 👩🏻‍🦰
  • Our hair care diet should include nutritious foods, such as protein, vitamins, minerals, and omega-3 fatty acids. All these nutritious foods help in maintaining good hair health.

  • We should try to dry our hair naturally after washing it. However, if we use a hair dryer, we should use it on a cold or low temperature so as not to damage the hair.
