Hope everyone is maintaining good health while leading healthy lives. Today is my first post in this community and I hope you all like my post. So today's topic aims to address Acne which affects numerous people in our society today. Acne creates more than skin issues because it harms both our self-image and general health.

What is acne, and what causes it?
Acne is basically a skin condition caused by the blockage of hair follicles by oil and dead skin cells. It often causes pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads on the face, neck, chest, and back. Acne occurs widely among teenagers although yet appears as a skin condition among people from any age group.
Causes of Acne:
These can be different causes of acne
- Acne can be due to Excess Oil Production this cause oil glands on the skin which make pores in it.
- Acne can be due to Hormonal Changes because with the growing age our body experiences hormonal changes that affects our skin and it can also due to pregnancy.
- Acne can be due to Bacteria because certain bacteria can cause inflammation and breakouts.
- Acne can be due to Stress the high stress levels can lead to acne flare-ups.
- Acne can also be due to Diet when we eat some foods, like dairy and sugary treats, might contribute to acne.
What are the different types of acne?

- Whiteheads: On our skin there is small, white bumps under the skin.
- Blackheads: It is common when our skin has a small, dark spots on the skin.
- Papules: It is like a small, red, and tender bumps.
- Pustules: It is different from papules because it has red bumps with white pus at the tips.
- Nodules: It is a large and painful lumps beneath the skin.
- Cystic Acne: It is also a painful, pus-filled lumps beneath the skin.
How can acne be prevented? (Share Home Remedy)
If we want to prevent our skin from acne it involves a good skincare habits and lifestyle changes.
The best thing is to use a gentle cleanser to wash your face twice a day. A moisturizer can keep your skin hydrated which is very important thing for the skin. And also avoid touching your face to prevent spreading bacteria. A good diet is also necessary for glowing skin and be relax you can practice relaxation techniques like yoga or meditation.
Home Remedy:
Try using a mixture of honey and cinnamon. Apply it to the affected areas and leave it on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing off. This remedy can help reduce inflammation and bacteria from your skin and make your skin glowing
