what are the healthy food in your place that is suitable for morning, afternoon and evening?
Allah has blessed us with many blessings in this world.By the way, describing the blessings of Allah Ta'ala is not only difficult but also impossible,There are many blessings, I will mention a few.Just like vegetable like carrot radish and cocumber etc. are included healthy diet.
By eating raw vegetables, we avoid many diseases.Carrot contains vitamin A which is very useful for our liver.Thus, radish helps in improving our digestion.Cucumber also has many benefits.Most people eat it as a salad in the morning, afternoon and evening.
Are this food full of preservatives or is fresh from the garden?
Vegetables and fruits are stored in most developed countries.Fruits and vegetables are rich in nutrients that are depleted due to storage.But in less developed countries, vegetables and fruits are available fresh enough.
They are rich in nutrients.Most people grow fruits and vegetables in their homes.These fresh vegetables and fruits are very important for health.
what are the healthy benefits?
A good diet is very important for good health.Healthy food helps to make a person healthy.As rice is rich in protein.Also, eating fresh vegetables and fruits improves our health.
Some vitamins are not found in fruits and vegetables,but to make up for this deficiency we use meat and milk.A good health is full of happiness.By being healthy, you can perform all your functions.
