Hello healthy family

It is said that health is wealth! Everyone prays to live a healthy life on daily basis, but one challenge or the other could hinder one from meeting their healthy goals.

2023 was a super year that I started with the goal of work out everyday and dieting. I started it well with my daily work out routine. After that, I drank a glass or two glasses of clean water (lukewarm), ate my fruits or a glass of milk.

I wanted to maintain a healthy living in 2023 because at a time I thought I needed to look fresher and so engaging in some healthy activities could help. This daily routine was going to help me achieve my goal.

Everyday, I drank enough water, that I never miss out. Water is life and if you want to remain healthy, alive, fresh and strong, drink clean water. I carried my water to work everyday and I made sure I drank at least 60-70 cl of water daily, it was not too much because water can never be too much.

I had milk always at home to help boost my protein level and immune system. I made sure I drank milk at least once a day and fruits could be one fruit a day but I never miss fruits on daily basis. Eggs and fish are my favorite and I try eating them as often as possible. Fresh fruits gives me vitamins daily. I enjoyed living my healthy goals in 2023.

Vegetables are my favorite. During it's seasons, I ate veggies every day. I cooked any food with it and I could also cook it alone and ate with nothing. It was enjoyable, I get refreshed each time I eat vegetables. It made me want to check my blood level every week to make sure I'm getting what I'd wanted.

All my healthy goals for 2023 were not fulfilled because I thought I could continue my daily routine but along the line, it ended and I felt bad. I had this vitamins I took that was so good. It helped me relaxed well but life happened and everything went on pause till date.

I thought I could continue with time, but it all ended and that gave me a bad time. I had the target of 12 months but I was able to achieve 7 months and it stopped.

2024, I am here with new goals. This year is so promising and I have already made my plans on how to achieve my healthy goals.

From the month of February 2024, every morning when I wake up, I would start my work out and drink a glass of water after that, I won't miss my vegetables, fruits and milk. I have also made plans to add smoothy to my weekly routine, yes this one would be weekly because it has a lot to do with money so if I can get it every week, then my goal is achieved.

Daily drinking of water won't be excluded, as I start my day with water, I end it water. Water is life, so I keep living in all angle. A glass of milk before bed time would be perfect, I would have a change in my healthy time-table so I don't miss any important thing.

Incluir la leche y las verduras en su dieta es buena idea, lo ideal es excluir todos aquellos alimentos que tienen exceso de grasa y mayores calorias. Que bueno que te trazaste esas metas y las cumpliste
