Share your personal experience that how often you feel tension headache in a month!
Actually, if I talk about my experience with tension headaches, I get headaches all the time. I remember when I was about 15 years old, I had a headache and couldn't bear the pain and took medicine from a specialist. That doctor gave me medicine and told me to take it only when the headache came. So I did as the doctor said. Later, I got rid of that headache.
I got a headache again when I was 19 years old. I channeled a specialist doctor about it and told him my symptoms. At that time, I had migraine. Then the doctor gave me medicine for it to take for a long term. After that, I didn't get such severe headaches. But now, about a few months ago, I had a headache and even taking a simple painkiller didn't help. So that headache was there that whole day. When I heard the sound of the TV, I felt that my pain was getting worse. From the back of my head to my whole head, it started to hurt. It was a lot of pain.
And I usually get headaches when I'm thinking about something sad. Also, when I play games on my mobile phone, I get headaches after about half an hour. When I get a headache like that, I take two paracetamol or a painkiller and get some sleep. Then it goes away.
Finally I would like to invite my some of friends @isha.ish, @tany and @sampabiswas to participate this contest
