This healthy food is called Vegetable Rice. This dish is known as a low budget healthy food. Most people already have this vegetable leaf planted around them, so you can just pluck it and use it. Not so much or depends on the quantity you want. For me, I like it a bit scanty.
Ingredients
To the ingredients, I'll show it with the amount I got each of it and the equivalent in steem.

Step-by-step Preparation
• Wash the rice and pour it into a pot of water to boil. When its parboiled properly, being it down, sieve it and wash it and keep aside.
• Go ahead and wash your dried fish in hot water and debone it for easy eating. Then pound the crayfish and pepper, chop onions and keep aside.
Cooking Process
• In the empty pot, pour in a little palm oil, allow it get hot, then add the onions and stir, I like to add small vegetable to fry.
• While it's frying, I like to add a little fish to fry and bring out its aroma. Then I add small and Maggi with crayfish to taste. After it's fried for a little time, I then add the quantity of water I would need to soften the rice for eating.
• Then, when the water is boiled, the washed rice is then added to cook properly and then allowed to dried up before bringing it down for eating.
This dish has a lot of health benefits, mostly, the vegetable leaf is a good source of vitamin and mineral and it helps you maintain a good health. You can choose to enjoy this dish with any soft drink of your choice.
