Wk20: The Diary Game and your Health| My diet

Hello beautiful people of this amazing Healthy Steem community. I am here for this contest about Health. I've read others publication and I'm impressed as to how people take their health's serious. I want to thank @aaliarubab for this contest about Diary Game and Health.

This is me after I woke up and finished praying

Today, I know I would have a fun filled day and my health was going to be a part of it. I did my morning chores of tidying up the house, sweeping the floor. I didn't get to mop today because I had mopped last night.

Your diet

This morning I made a delicious pancake as my people ordered for something light this morning. And I had the ingredients for it in my kitchen, so, I had to make the pancake, I used flour, eggs, butter, sugar, salt, pepper, onions and milk for it.

Everyone loved this and I added cucumber by the side of the pancake. It was really delicious and they all went to work, while, I myself, decided today was going to be a fun day for me.


The medication or vitamins you take, if any

About this, I seriously, do not take medication unless I'm down in health, because I don't like drugs and it's always a big deal when it's time to take the drugs but I do normal check ups once in three months.

But for the cause of the day, I didn't take any vitamins or medication, rather, what I had was an apple, because you know the saying That an apple a day keeps the doctor away


The water you drank

Ah! I am a water loving person, I drink water alot because it helps my kidney and that makes me urinate alot of times. Water Is said to be a very vital mineral for the body, so for the day, I had numerous bottles of water. Sometimes I begin my day with a glass of water but not today.

The exercise you did

Today, that was my fun day, I went swimming. I had said, I was going to do that and I must say, I had fun. I was just playing inside the water.

But I didn't spend so much time there because my friend I went with had a meeting in an open field, so we left early but I went there to relax and wait for her.


What you did to relax

I escorted my friend to an open field to attend a meeting with her colleagues since she stepped out for swimming and they needed her, it was her free day, so she closed early so we could go for swimming.

We spent three hours there and moved back home. So we could go eat.


The pain or tiredness you felt

I didn't feel much pain except for my arms and legs that I used mostly inside the pool so I could move from a place to another. But it wasn't that painful, just minor pain that I knew the cause and I knew it would go away. So, I made us fried plantain and egg with tea. Seems today was a fried food day.
