A picture of me and my friend checking some foods out, this foods are really expensive, I try this once in a year on very important occasion, Instead of going for bottle of coke that cost so much, go for fruits

Living a healthy life is everyone's desire, no one will love to lie or sit watching helplessly while others are having fun. I am a typical African man and a Nigerian to be precise and I have a shocking experience of how poor people will live longer than very rich people, Then I summarized it all together that it is not all about money, the well-prepared food etc.
The list of things below will guide you on how to live a healthy life if you are a low-income earner and mind you this is not only for low-income earners but a way of keeping oneself healthy. A lot of people don't pay attention to healthy living as some will say it needs money, healthy living is possible irrespective of one's location(country's economy) or financial status. The following are cost-effective ways to live a healthy life in my country.

WAYS I MAINTAIN HEALTHY ROUTINE

Eating healthily

Eating healthily doesn't necessarily mean spending a fortune on expensive and exotic foods,
In Nigeria there are locally grown foods and fruits which one can purchase rather than going for bottled drinks etc

WAYS TO EAT HEALTHILY

Embrace Locals; Going for local food like yam, cassava, and fleshy vegetables is good for the body rather than going for imported one which chemicals(though cells friendly) on too much accumulate in the system can cause liver/kidney diseases.

Balanced diet; Since the starchy foods supply is high and price-friendly people demand more,
I will advise you to always balance your food ratio, foods can be combined to give a better diet.

Reduce/Stop consumption of Junk foods; Most junk foods come in the form of sugary substances and it is not to be taken at all times, So I would advise you to stop taking junk foods.

Personal health care practices

"Prevention is better than cure" is a very crucial statement and should be regarded as the keyword when talking about our day-to-day health activity, Instead of waiting to receive infectious stink from mosquitoes get a mosquito net for yourself and your family, washing of hands after partaking in germs carrying activities, regular check-ups on the sight of any illness symptoms, with this cost of treatment will reduce and the money could be delegated to some other necessities.

Exercises

Don't think of buying a weight lift and other acrobatic instruments or hiring a gym instructor. Walking back home from work rather than ordering a bolt is a better way to keep our body physically fit. At times it is healthy and wise to do some heavy tasks by yourself rather than paying for labour and clear some grasses around your compound by yourself, It is also a form of exercise as it leads to the release of sweat, burning down some excessive fat from the body, engage in community football competition, dancing in your place of worship can also help as well

In conclusion, Living Healthy without money is not just possible but essential. Adopting physical activities, eating healthy and taking preventive health measures are very necessary for maintaining a healthy routine. Uncleanliness can also affect one's health, so keep up with the cleanliness and see your healthy status become positive. @dexsyluz
