Health is wealth Yes, it is very good that as humans, we prioritised our health because it is very important in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
By nurturing our healthy lives, we should try to eat good food, exercise, and also live a stress free life.
To improve my overall health condition, I always go for medical checkups every long end so I will know the state of my health condition.
I also try to eat a balanced diet that will make me feel comfortable and also grow in a healthy way.
As a younger lady who loves being healthy, I always go for a morning workout everyday tonkeep me fit and healthy. Whenever I sweat out, I feel relieved, and my body will be very much okay.
When we participate in exercise we will be healthy and happy and it will releive us form stress.
Taking care of myself physically I do different types of exercise to keep my body fit and healthy, when you are physically strong you will be very happy because things will go well for you as you will have agility to do things.
Taking care of myself mentally, I always stay away from people that will hurt my feelings, I am a very emotional person, and when I get hurt by people, it affects my mental condition.
My favourite ways of staying active and healthy in my daily routine are as follows
I always go for a morning workout every day of the week and also do some exercises like juggling, push-up, or even paying volleyball in my area to keep my body fit.
Exercise is very good for the body because it helps in reducing calories and also burns fat from our body. It also reduces stress and anxiety from us, which is very good.
Stress is a very common thing in our daily lives because we all struggle to have a comfortable living, which will make us stress our bodies.
It is very difficult for me to gain balance in my daily life because I have a life to live outside steemit, and it is becoming stressful for me, which is very sad for me.
By managing stress whenever i am back from work, I try to relax my body very well before doing any other activities.
I also try to do some meditation anytime that I am stressed out with work. Doing some recreational activities like playing video games and watching movies helps in reducing stress from my body.
Nutrition is very important to me because I like eating good food to stay healthy and have a comfortable lifestyle.
I always eat good food so that I will grow well and stay healthy. Sometimes malnutrition brings sickness and diseases to our body, which is not good at all.
I am very selective when it comes to eating good food, I don't just eat anything I see I eat things that are very nutritional to my body and that contains balanced diet so that I will be very healthy.
