In your own words tell me what you understand by stress.

Stress is the overwhelming feeling when life's demands exceed our ability to cope. It affects us mentally and physically, causing tension, anxiety, and even headaches or digestive issues. It stems from work pressure, relationship struggles, financial burdens, or major life events. Chronic stress harms our well-being, leading to mental health issues, strained relationships, nd decreased productivity. Managing stress is crucial. Relaxation techniques, exercise, healthy coping mechanisms, social support, and self-care activities help. Recognizing and addressing the underlying causes, making lifestyle changes, and finding balance are key. Stress is unavoidable,, but we can minimize its impact by taking care of ourslves nd seeking support when needed.

How often do you get stress and what are the ways you deal with stress?

I'm going through an incrediibly tough time right now.. Evr since my separation frm the love of my life, I've been caught in the grips of major depression. It feels like I'm losing control of myself. The memories of our time together haunt me relentlessly, playing on an endless loop in my mind.

This emotional turmoil has taken its toll on me. I find myself constantly stressed, battling waves of depression nd anxiety that feel suffocating. My moods swing dramatically, leaving me feeling like I'm on an emotional rollercoaster. And my anger issues, they flare up unexpectedly, adding to the overwhelming mix of emotions.

In this dark and isolating place, I'm on my own in this difficult journey, I'm used to this life now just going with the flow I've no idea where it'll take me but I've only two options either I'll live with this or I've to quit. But I'm fighting with this lets see where life will take me.

Here on steemit, is blogging stressful for you, How do you handle steemit and other activities?

Steemit blogging brings me immense joy, allowing me to share my unique perspectives. While it can be slightly stressful when my blogs don't receive the desired response, I've learned not to let it discourage me. The value of my writing goes beyond likes or comments; it's about making a positive impact.

Regarding other activities, I've experienced a significant shift since the incident I mentioned earlier. I've lost interest in many things that once excited me. Going out has lost its appeal, and social interactions have become draining. It feels as though the incident has cast a shadow over my enthusiasm and zest for life.
