INTRODUCTION

In our country today we've come a long way to notice that most of our youth are filled with bad habits but before I continue let me quickly say something about bad habit.
"Bad Habit" simply refers to the behaviour or any activity that is tending to anyone physical and mental health, or productivity that is performed repeatedly. Please let's make the mindset of quiting bad habits.

There are some bad habits which are very hard to stop in our different societies nowadays. I will be sharing some of the bad habits with you today these includes...

•Smoking and drinking: This is one of the bad behaviour here in our society today in which we're trying to stop it but we cannot. This is one of the common habits that we have found both in boys and girls but we are finding it very difficult to stop them from smoking but we cannot, we've come to a long way of noticing that smoking is becoming very hard to quit in the life of our youths today.

•Gossiping: This is also one of the bad habits that is occurring here in our society in which we are also finding it very difficult to stop most of our youth from doing it, I have come a long way to notice that gossiping has become part of our daily basics in the life of most people today. And this has been very tough to quite from it due to how we were trained right from our childhood. And all this useless habits is as a result of lack of home training and the only thing that can help us overcome them is self awareness.

How can we tell if a habit is just a habit or if it's more like an addiction? And what can we do to break them?

We can explain that if a habit is just a habit or an addiction, in this case this is simply refers to the part of behaviour. This really depends on how we behave, we should try and work towards the way we behave at times. We should be mindful of what we're doing because there are so many eye's out there watching at the way we're doing thing's in which it can be used to set as an example to others.

Another one is mindfulness, we should also try and be mindful of the word's that comes out from our mouth which may also results in bad habits only if the word that comes out from your mouth is unfair it can simply be used against you, this can also be referred to self awareness and also take note that habits and addiction also takes time, tolerate and persistence. Always try to remove temptations and surround your self with good people, this is also a way of breaking bad Habits.

What are some challenges that people might face when trying to quit bad habits, and how can they overcome them?

Remember that when trying to quit bad habits we may face so many challenges like fear, failures and physical or lack of motivation, with also emotional attachment, this means you can lack emotional connection or none with someone or something .

To overcome this challenges one must seek support there by sharing your struggles with your friends or a family member at least you will be able to have their support. And you should also consider to seek some realistic goals and also develop some self regulation skills there by practicing mindfulness and self control. With persistence and the right strategies anyone can overcome this obstacles towards his or her goals.

How can we support and encourage others to quit their bad habits without being judgmental or pushy.

Supportinpg and encouraging others to quit their bad habits requires understanding and some tips like being patient there by also understanding their challenges and struggles without interrupting. We can also support and encourage them by setting a goal for them or giving them instructions on how they should go far in life and this can easily makes them feels that there's someone behind their back to be supporting them.

CONCLUSION

Also remember to have patient and be kind to your self, remember that breaking bad habits takes time and effort.

It's true that emotional attachment to some habits makes it difficult for people who engage in them to breakout completely. When one notices such, it's pertinent that the person seek help and supports from family and friends in order to possibly breakout and be fully restored.
