Hello dear steemians of steem health. Greetings to you all, Trust You all are feeling good by the special Grace of God. I'm also Glad to be here one's again and it is my pleasure indeed. I'm here to participate in an interesting contest titled "Bone Health". It happens to be a very wonderful topic so far, meanwhile I will gets to learn more and interact with some certain points in the topic. All thanks to @suboohi for bringing up this wonderful topic. I will start from here without wasting time.

what do you understand by means of bone health

When we gets to talk about bone, it simply refers to the frame work of the body which actually helps to support movement and protection all around the body. It is also a complex tissue that makes up the skeletal system which helps to regulates hormones production and facilitates movements through the joints and the muscles, bone is a very important foundation in the body in which we don't needs to jokes with because it is very helpful to the body in everyday life.

When we also gets to talk about an healthy bone, it simply refers to the act of keeping the bones healthy there by participating in some exercises like running, jogging, jumping and walking these exercises helps to improve balance and strengthen the bone properly and we must also gets to eat enough balance diet and health related foods so as to maintain a strong bone and keep the bone healthy at all times.

KEY FACTORS

• One must also gets to limit his or her self from smoking so as to maintain an healthy bone and manage stress.

• Calcium is also one of the crucial aspect that helps the body to build and maintain a strong bone density.

• Regular exercise like sport facilities and also engaging in running and jumping it helps to promote bone growth and development.

• Anothers crucially role in maintaining bone health is hormones, it helps to regulates bone modelling and prevents bone loss.

• Vitamins D is also an essential nutrients for bone health, it helps to regulates bone modelling and maintain strength and function.

TIPS

Here are the tips in maintainance of bone health they are as follows...

• Get a regular checkup there by making a decision to visit a bone health clinic and do some density test if recommended.

• Get enough sleep at least 7 to 8 hour's of sleep per night so as to helps in maintainance of bone health.

• Smoking of Indian hermes and also drinking excessive alcohol also harm bone's so do well to avoid alcohols by all means.

• Also endeavour to eat balanced diet regular expecially foods that are rich in vitamin K and magnesium.

• Also consider bone density testing expecially from the age of 65 to 70 year's must consider to visit a doctor for testing and procurement.

• Also consider to be doing excercise regularly there by engaging in weight bearing and flexibility exercises.

• Getting enough calcium is also crucial for maintaining strong bones this foods includes milk, yoghurt and butter are excellence sources of calcium for maintaining strong bones.

• Fatty fish like sardines, salmon and fried fish are very rich in vitamin D and which helps to keeps the bone health.

• Fortified plants and based milk are also fortified for with calcium and vitamin D which is also essential for bone growth.

• Potatoe is also rich in vitamin A which helps to regulates bone growth which is also essential for bone health.

• Diary products like milk, cheese and yoghurt are also rich in calcium which helps to regulates bone health and maintain a strong bones.

• Poultry fowl and meats like beef, chicken and pork meat also contains proteins and all other others nutrients which is good for bone growth and also essential for bone health.
