Firstly, Hyperhidrosis is a condition that involves excessive sweating. It may affect the whole body or just specific areas. Is also a medical condition in which a person sweats excessively and unpredictably.
Primary hyperhidrosis
Genetics : most times it comes from the genetic because a child can have what their grandparents have ,it begins in childhood stage and worsen at puberty.
Overreacting sweat glands: Primary hyperhidrosis is caused by faulty nerve signals that trigger eccrine sweat glands to become overactive.
this usually affects the palms Heavy sweating can disrupt your day and cause social anxiety and embarrassment.
Secondary hyperhidrosis:
Medical condition: Secondary hyperhidrosis is caused by an underlying medical condition or by taking certain medications, such as pain relievers, antidepressants, and some diabetes and hormonal medications.
Hormonal change: some times our hormes may change during puberty or menopause and pregnancy and this may affect our body and sweating levels.
Infection: infection can cause so bad damages to health like short sight loss of weight and disease tuberculosis and endocarditis can cause secondary hyperhidrosis.

Skin infectionbacterial and fungal disease due to much sweat , skin problems will make someone not to wear a dress that exposes the hands and this will make the person feel ashamed of their skin due to excessive moisture.
Discomfort: excessive of sweating can cause discomfort and pain because you will not be comfortable in your skin again.
Emotional impact
Low self esteem: this can lead to embarrassment and disgrace because when you start sweating in your palm people starts observing, and it may lead to sham and low self esteem.
Anxiety and stress this is a state of being worrying about something and this may intend to stress you and way yo out .
Social impact
Difficulty with relationships: this may affect intimacy because you can not go closer to someone and this will be a problem and challenging to make close connections to a person.
Social isolation : this implies that you will not like to go out to public or participate in any activities because of the embarrassment it will cause, to avoid social interaction it's makes one to be isolated.

People say that hyperhidrosis is only underarm mean while it can be in palm , face and feet, hyperhidrosis is caused by much sweating , most times people say is because an individual.
is not clean but it has nothing to do with cleanliness and if not taken properly it may result to body odor hyperhidrosis cannot be treated meanwhile there's a lot of treatment for it includes oral medication, surgery and cream's.

It most times very embarrassing to the point of being body shame, for over sweating.
