How much adequate amount of sleep is beneficial for good health.
Well all need a good sleep but it depends the duration , doctors advised that we should have at least six to eight hours of good sleep for us to retain more energy , and a good sleep helps the brain to be relaxed and the whole body system .
good sleep improves the brain performance and it's emotional states. the quality of good sleep affects how physical health, because most times when you did not have a good sleep it will affect your sight and makes you weak in the morning .
For individuals to have a good sleep we should learn to reduce the use of our mobile phone at night because it will take much of your bedtime and intake of heavy meals before bedtime also do well to engage in relaxing activities like reading and meditation.
Problems that may cause by lack of sleep.
The problem that may cause lack of sleep are as follows;
Physical health problem
Impaired immune function: this means that your immune system will be weak and easily accessible to sickness because they is no strength to fight bacteria .
Premature aging: when we do not have enough of good sleep our body starts to fade like wrinkles and age spots makes you to look older than your age because of a lot stress.
Cardiovascular disease: increased in heart disease and high blood pressure heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke, obesity, and depression.
Mental health problems
Anxiety and stress: it will make you to be stressed and uncomfortable , overwhelmed , this will make you not to be concentrated and doubt.
Mood disorder: it makes one to have mood swings and not being stable at times always feeling depressed and sad , when you don't have enough sleep it's brings About hallucination.
Daily life problems
Decreased in productivity: when we do not have a good sleep it will reduce our work performance and this will lower productivity .
Difficult relationship: you find it hard to connect with people like family and friends and it decreased empathy and affecting relationships.
problems that may cause by excess of sleep.
Excess of anything is bad , so sleeping much can cause back pain headache, and chest pain due to laying down every time, over sleeping can also be a sign of depression and sadness and obesity and diabetes .
when we sleep much during the day it becomes hard for us to sleep at night and that's bad because night sleep is More important , so I urge everyone of us to ensure to have a good night sleep to be well relaxed and put together.
