Contest: Heat Rash

Good day steemian friends how are you all doing today i hope all is well and you all are having a wonderful day, as for me I'm fine and in good health.

Today i will be partaking in an amazing contest organised by @khursheedanwar here in the healthy steem community with the theme Heat Rash

Heat rash otherwise known as prickly heat takes place as a result when sweat from the body gets trapped in thd skin and as a result of that leads to what we call heat rash

And some of the various causes of heat rash in the body are;

• The main causes is when sweat duct gets block and inflamed due to heat in the environments
• And in babies heat rash is very common as their sweat glands has not properly developed
• Another causes of heat rash is improper personal hygiene for those that likes sleeping with sweat body.

Below are some of the various treatments that can be given to a person suffering from heat rash;

• Engaging them in regular bathing with cold water
• Encouraging them to wear light weighted clothing
• Avoiding scratching the skin to avoid getting infected
• Cooling the body with an air conditioner or natural air flow environment like under the tree

In this case my response to this is yes, and speaking from experience which was early this year and we Nigerians knew how hot it was, so i developed heat rash and it was very severe to the point that i hardly wear clothes in the house and even at night i slept on the floor just to cool down my body.

Trust me heat rash can make a person go crazy most especially when you come back from work all heated up if you don't bath immediately trust me it can scratch you and even cause you to injure yourself.

Heat rash is a very bad kind of illness that is mostly very common during the dry season that there's always no rain but continous heat.
