All of us are self-care conscious and need to use the right products. We use these products regularly to keep our health good. When I wake up in the morning, I pray Fajr after waking up at 5 am. But I went to the bathroom to clean myself. I do ablution after brushing my teeth. Then I apply soap and shampoo and oil on my head for bathing. I use these products to take care of my body.The product I use to brush my teeth is Mediplus or Papsodent which is specially suited for our toothpaste and I use it regularly. But I don't forget to take care of my hair when I take a shower. I always use Sun Silk Shampoo. Then I use lux soap for body soap.Also I use olive oil product after shower which is very beneficial for my health. Every product is effective and I use it daily in my skincare routine.

We all do not forget to take care of our body because we all need to take care of ourselves for health. Usually I use products for self care which are relatively cheap. We are all aware of the effectiveness of these five products which are very useful for our daily care. The reason is that toothpaste and toothbrush are needed to prevent dental disease to remove tooth dirt or yellow stains. When I use shampoo, I use shampoo because my hair has dandruff or rough hair. Use Lux soap to remove body odor and bacteria. After showering, I use olive oil on my skin to keep my skin from feeling dry.
