Red chili. 2 table ๐Ÿฅ„ spoon

Heat the oil ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ in pen and add onions and proven hot spices.fryinguntil the colour of onion golden brown.

Wash and cut the tomatoes ๐Ÿ… And put the tomato inside the chicken .When the tomato is tender, fry it well and then add a cup of curd to it .No need to add water, tomatoes and curd will make the chicken well.

Take half a kilo of aloo , peel the aloo wash it, cut it into four pieces, put it in a pan filled with water and put it to rot, add one spoon of yellow color and one spoon of salt.If it decomposes, filter it in a separate strainer and throw away its water.

Take a large pot and add twice as much water as the amount of rice in the pan.cumin seeds,cloves,bay leaves,black paper,green chili inside the pen .Salt has to be added more because we have kept more water in the rice.When the rice is boiled, sieve it and extract all the water in the sieve. 90 percent of the rice has to be boiled.

First lay a layer of rice and put meat on top of itThen we'll add in the boiled potatoes, then a layer of rice, then top that with the meat.in the end add one table spoon of khwera water,1table spoon of gram masala and orange food colour add

Biryani is our family favourite dish .Biryani is eaten and prepared with great enthusiasm not only in Pakistan but also in the whole world wherever there are Muslims.i must biryani twice a week and I have makes different types of biryani some time I make aloo biryani some time I make fish. Biryani some time chicken and some time beef and mutton .It is called a complete dish and does not require any other side dish.My in-laws cook biryani from me on request
